How has the role of women changed over the centuries? How representative is it of a country's culture?

In the last few centuries, the role of women has changed significantly. For example, in the last century, a woman was openly allowed to work. If we will reflect on the experience collectivist systems, in the Soviet Union women gained access to working professions. I would like to point out that one the most important thing that became possible in the middle of the 20th century was a official right for women to get a job. They were able to receive education more openly in the middle of the 20th century. In the 19th century, this was the privilege of only rich women. Currently, in the cultures of countries the role of women is changing, but not in all of them. Of course, this is typical of Western cultures. At the same time, in the cultures of many countries, women are freely allowed to work, they gotan opportunity to receive the education openly. However, the main achievement of the 20th century was that women got the opportunity to control the number of children she has. In principle, it is not necessary to stay at home and keep an eye on the house. Nevertheless, in the national cultures of many countries nowadays women are freely do a lot of things. Also, the main achievement of the 20th century is that women can vote. Women can develop in different areas. It turns out that women have less uncertainty avoidance, and she can develop and promote herself.

How has individualism progressed in cultures? Why do you think it has decreased in certain countries?

In many Western cultures, the value of individualism has progressed over the last 50 years. Now it has a fairly high rating. It is one of the crucial personal trait for many modern national cultures. You can promote yourself and show your best qualities to develop yourself. But in some of national cultures you should not belong to any community for your promotion. But nevertheless, for many cultures this is not the case, in my opinion. For example, Asian culture. They are characterize by collectivism in all its understanding. However, the importance of individualism is decreasing in some certain countries. If you relate to a certain community, then perhaps it will be safer for you, but at the same time it is unlikely that you will be able to achieve high ones. The results are personal, as you will not be able to express yourself separately from the team or community.
