C. You should tell people what you're going to tell them, then you should tell them, and then you should tell them what you've told them
It is common knowledge that your words always can be perceived in a wrong way. A person always sees what he expects to see. Therefore it is really important to translate the message carefully.
There are a kind of algorithm consisting of three main axioms.
The first one is preparing people to your massage. A speaker can tell a brief agenda covering main bullet points of the speech. The next step is presenting the idea itself. At this stage it is recommended to provide as many structured information as possible. The last axiom leading to success is summarising. You should always finish your speech with a laconic summarising.
Actually, these tips are valid for not only presentations, but meetings and even personal situations.

E. To be honest, as an entrepreneur I'd prefer staying in Russia rather than moving to other countries, and here are some reasons for it.
The first reason, Russia gives a wide range of opportunities for small business. There are grants, soft loans for start-ups.
Another point is that there are plenty of new prospects of development, as the whole market (e-commerce especially) is rapidly growing and there are new market segments to be developed.
Finally, nowadays in-house (inside Russia) trade is becoming more popular, that is why it is becoming being attractive to customers. More and more people support local brands, so there can be a chance to grow too.]]></submitted_answer>
