Would you like to work for or with a member of your family? Why / why not?

I sincerely would not like to work in a company where my close relative would be the owner or boss. Business relationships and family relationships are very different. In situations where it is necessary to defend one's opinion in the business world, or to compete and compromise for a rational goal, it is also possible in a family relationship to give in, take a break, or accept the weakness or mistake of a loved one with condescension. Of course, I have seen examples of relatives who work together successfully in the same job and this does not seem to interfere with their family life. For example, my brother and his wife. This is likely to happen in situations where the nature of the work doesn't involve a clash of perspectives or where one person's role is completely subordinate to another's. Of course, in difficult situations, I may need to compromise, but I am afraid that I might choose the right business decision over maintaining a good relationship with a relative. This could lead to something negative. This is not my case!

How would you feel if you had a dead-end job: would you stay or leave?

Looking back on my business career, I realize that I have often been doing a dead-end job. However, I continued to do that. There were several reasons for this decision. The first was a desire to avoid a potentially even worse situation if I left and another person took over my position. The second is the need to offer support or assistance to colleagues who are in need. Finally, a reluctance to make changes and a desire to calmly finalize things before retirement. In truth, I have no regrets about my choices. To a certain degree, these choices are in line with my own integrity. However, in the end, I decided to quit and retire precisely because I did not see any significant prospects in my work.

Would you like to have the same job all your life?

The unequivocal answer is "No". Not being a religious person, I believe that we are given only one life. And it must be lived with dignity and interest. To live an interesting life does not mean to try everything. In my opinion, this means doing what you believe is necessary at that moment, changing and growing, and measuring your actions against your role in life at that time. I'm pretty sure that it's not possible to stay in one job for a long time. It's necessary to sometimes change jobs.
