What are the advantages of outsourcing for companies?
Would you buy cosmetics from a company rather than another one if you had the guarantee it was ethically produced?
If you were a shareholder, would you only make profit or also try to support more ethical business solutions?
Tasks should be a checklist for micro-controlling subordinate staff. Do you agree? Why / why not?
Could you still be cross functional if you were out-lifted?
Do you consider your performance appraisals indeed an exciting opportunity to set more challenging goals, or just a stressful meeting that could threaten your position?
What would have you done differently if you knew you were relocating in two months?

<submitted_answer>
1. If you were a shareholder, would you only make profit or also try to support more ethical business solutions?
If I were a minority shareholder of the company, I would not have the opportunity to influence the ethical behavior of the company. In this case, my decision can only be limited to deciding whether or not to own shares of such a company.
But if there is a substantial block of shares in the my ownership, such an influence is possible. In order to have such an impact, it is necessary to study the impact (footprint) of the company's performance on the environment, on the society and the quality of people's life. Taking into account that ethical behavior is important for the company's reputation in the market, this will have an impact on the value of the company, that is, the evaluation of the company by investors. Therefore, within my capabilities (within the limits of those decisions that I can influence), I would try support more ethical business solutions of the company which I am a shareholder.

2. "Tasks should be a checklist for micro-controlling subordinate staff".
I can not agree with this statement! What is important is that most people, if they are interested in their work and appreciate it, are very creative beings and very responsible. And micromanagement/ microcontrolling deprives them of the opportunity to show their abilities and achieve a certain result that they have set themselves. Although the main job of a manager is the correct setting of goals and objectives, such a statement should not turn into the issuance of detailed step-by-step regulations of action, but should leave freedom to choose how to achieve these goals. However, the presence of intermediate goals and intermediate stages of control is quite enough to adjust the performance of the task.
