Do you agree in a modern workplace staff members ought to have good communication skills?

Communication skill is one of the most important things in corporate environment. Thanks to it, employer can, for example, motivate employees and be in good relationships with them. Colleagues, in turn, can communicate with each other: discuss an issues and work on joint projects. Good communication skill is a guarantee of pleasant working atmosphere, in which people can achieve the best results.
Otherwise if communication between colleagues is not that good, it may cause some troubles: as a result we may face an impossibility to work on joint projects, ask for help or discuss difficult issues.
In addition I can say that good communication skill shouldn't be the main criteria of employment, but everyone should acknowledge importance of it.

Do you spend much time doomscrolling?

Doomscrolling is a problem of many people. And I can say that this topic is close to my experience.
Many people know the feeling like “I was doomscrolling the news for too long and now I feel bad.” I am also one of them, but fortunately this doesn’t happen very often. Doomscrolling hooks people on different negative emotions: with each news they the need for them increases. Minutes and even hours pass in this way.
My opinion is that the information space greatly influences a person’s emotional health. And sometimes to feel better it’s enough to clear the information space.
However, what to do with doomscrolling? I'm not sure I can give a answer to this question. People can try to protect themselves from sources of such content, fill their free time with information that will not make them regret wasted time and ruined their mood.
