1) A letter of complaint

Hello Mr. Su,

Two months ago I bought a dish-washing machine in your shop.
As a result of day-based usage during the first month it broke. According to a warrantee I called to the service center and ordered a master. The master diagnosed that a pump and a machine door had constructive defects and the machine should be returned into the shop and money should be returned back.

Therefore I called to the shop, explained the situation and negotiated that the courier would get the broken device.

Although a courier got the machine in the next day after the call, I haven't got any money since that moment.

In addition I want to say to you that when I call to a support line of your shop all my calls immediately rejected when I somebody heart my voice.

Taking into account that if your shop doesn't return my money in two weeks I will go to the court.

Sincerely yours, Mr. Boo.

According to my internal feelings is very important to understand a necessity of my work and verbal and non-verbal confirmation from my bosses that my work is important and that things I do will be recognised.

In additional it is very important for me to see a respect.

Although emotional things is significant a usual awards like additional money and other physical things are still a very effective motivation stimula.

What is very important is a team spirit of a team members which I do work shoulder to shoulder. Good team relations improve my motivation significantly.

A the end I wanted to say that emotional kick sometimes is not necessary for professionals.

Hello Mr. Su,

Two months ago I bought a dish-washing machine in your shop.
As a result of <strike>day-based</strike> <strong>daily</strong> usage during the first month it broke. <strike>According to a warrantee</strike> <strong>Being under guarantee</strong> I called <strike>to</strike> the service center <strong>(= AmEn spelling)</strong> and <strike>ordered</strike> <strong>asked for</strong> a <strike>master</strike> <strong>technician | repairman to come</strong>. The <strike>master</strike> <strong>repairman</strong> diagnosed that a pump and <strike>a</strike> <strong>the</strong> machine door had <strike>constructive</strike> <strong>manufacturing</strong> defects and the machine should be returned into the shop and money should be returned back.
