=== 1) What are the differences between training & development?

Firstly, to recognise the differences we should set up the definitions of these terms.

I think (we aren't allowed to use dictionaries here) that according to definitions in a dictionary a training is a learning activity purposed to get new abilities and skills.

In additional on a training people acted as students which are learning to solve several cases usual not so complex just to train solving different aspects of a problem. As a result of a training people usually can solve typical non complex real-life cases.
What is important is that on a training people can get some kind of helicopter view of a problem-area and system knowledge.

In addition we can notice that training is short-term activity.

Opposite to trainings development is a more long-term process which is mostly driven by an internal motivation of a person. Though trainings can be parts of the development process improving a practical skills in real situations is much more important here.

To conclude I want to say that trainings and development are important part of a life of any successful person.

=== 2) Do you invest money in any fund or bitcoin?
Despite the fact that investing in funds or bitcoin could give a lot of money it is still a very risky investment.

I think that to earn money investing in fund need a proper education, a lot of time and be interested in a trading process. I haven't been interested in it at all - it always looks so boring for me. In addition I also haven't had enough free money to investments. So I've preferred improving my other skills.

As a result of this decision I haven't invested in fund.

Taking into account very high volatility of bitcoin and the fact that I don't understand this market at all I haven't invested in bitcoin too.

As a result of decisions of the latest 20+ years I can earn enough money in IT than on investing.

ps.
Writing this texts tooks about 1.5 hours for me.
