b. One of the biggest regrets in my life today is the choice of my first higher education. Actually, the choice was not even made by me - my parents decided that after school I should apply (or should had applied?) for a diploma in Oriental studies. I know they wished me the best, but I think that it also was not very wise from them as they should had done a better research on the future-proof occupations. Although I enjoyed learning Chinese and during my working life the knowledge or oriental tradition enabled me to come up with creative ideas when I really needed inspiration, I still regret that I hadn't focused on learning English. If I knew English better earlier, today I could had had more desirable and promising job opportunities.

f. I believe a team's success more depend on good management than on team building activities. A warm and friendly atmosphere does not guarantee that employees will be able to correctly break down a project in terms of tasks, responsibilities and deadlines, and then to self-organize and fulfill the plan. They would still need a leader to make sure that everything is going in accordance with the timing and business objectives. ]]></submitted_answer>
